● During the term time the above mention candidate is obliged to follow the terms and conditions stated below. ● Candidate must follow company instructions, answer calls/ emails / texts, attend preparations, interviews, tests, registrations and other important events linked with university/college/ student finance. ● Gagarin Group candidates shall not introduce their candidatures direct to college / university and/or any other agent/recruitment company within next 24 months from the date of this agreement. ● Candidate agrees that Gagarin Group acts on him/her behalf by sending documents to partner universities and sister-companies in same educational industry only. ● In case of breach, of this agreement candidate credit history will be affected & matter go the legal route. ● Our service is completely FREE. But if candidate change his/her mind and cancel application to study on the stage of Conditional Offer issued, Gagarin Group will charge candidate £200, unless candidate is able to provide serious reason for cancellation and proof such as medical document. Don’t worry if you do fail tests/interview – we will not charge you!
